Who is the recipient: Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" is a charitable organization that is fighting the emergence of a humanitarian crisis in Kharkiv and has issued 102,022 food kits in 8 months.
Why Kharkiv region: because, for example, Izyum is Bucha second. Today, in dozens of communities, logistics hubs, mobile communications, electricity, heating, and water must be restored at the same time. And only after that will the shops open.
