We are preparing to take our LEADERSHIP QUALITIES to a NEW LEVEL!

At one of the first meetings of our Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level", we FOUND INSIGHT: "We are changing - everything around is changing, and there are no limits to perfection. We continue to run for charity, social responsibility, partnership, achievements, development of "soft" skills, knowledge, advanced training, courses, lectures...

And now - we are studying at the Rotary Leadership Institute (Rotary Leadership Institute).

RLI is a multi-district leadership and Rotary knowledge development program whose mission is to strengthen Rotary clubs through quality leadership training of active members, preparation for the future presidency.

Duration: 18+ hours
Format: online+offline
Course methods: working in discussion panels, modulating crisis situations, solving problems, preparing projects, defending presentations, etc.
