Body armor and helmets - put them on and don't take them off, please!
Since February 24, a new stage of the Russian-Ukrainian war has been underway in Ukraine. The enemy is shelling and destroying infrastructure objects, carrying out massive shelling of residential areas of Kharkiv region using artillery, multiple rocket launchers and ballistic missiles.
The maximum range of Russian artillery is 70 km. That is, if you install the installation in the Zhuravlivka area (Belgorod region), you can safely reach the center of Kharkiv. Strike the streets where ground transport runs: buses, trolleybuses, trams and kill 10, 20, 30 people at once...
But Kharkiv drivers do not plan to stop. On the contrary, they promised that they would master the new equipment. Because ‼️ROTARY HAS GIVEN 300 ARMOR VESTS and 210 HELLETS TO CITY AND REGIONAL TRANSPORT DRIVERS‼️ with the participation of District 2232 Governor Vitaliy Lesko.
Protective clothing was purchased as part of a $100,000 grant program from Rotary International. The international Rotary community has allocated these funds because the ferroconcreteness of Kharkiv residents is impressive, stunning, inspiring!
We are proud to have equipped our drivers. But we believe that none of them will use "their armor" as intended!
