#Wintering_Together in the finance room?

We asked the volunteers of Rotary HUB and received the following results: 9 out of 10 admitted that they "cannot predict their future after the war and feel that they lack energy."

And the tenth declared: "I can't do it anymore!". And this is not a good bell. Yes, only one so far. But we had enough.

It was enough to launch a 10-week marathon "Wintering together" together with partners (ME AND MY SCHOOL, Kviten Association). We offered the volunteers of Rotary HUB to run through the rooms of emotional and psychological support, cooking, floristry, public speaking and financial literacy.

And last week, the Business Club "Partner" in the person of Semen Golovko, the senior coach of the DK "Partner" in Kharkiv, held the "Life Capital" game. The participants of the 4th hour modeled 40 years of their financial lives.

Why? Because volunteers need to plan and set goals. And financial goals are no exception. After our victory, the stage of reconstruction will come and we must be ready for it. And "Life capital" is an opportunity to analyze one's own financial behavior depending on circumstances, especially critical ones.

3 thoughts from the game:
- achieving success is easier together, as well as experiencing difficult times;
- helping gently is also a skill;
- external capital comes only when your internal capital is ready.

If we save 1 volunteer from burnout, thousands around him will be saved!
