Tetyana Kryvko, the first deputy head of the Ukrainian Association of the Deaf, noted that there are quite a lot of deaf people in Kharkiv, unfortunately, it is impossible to name the exact number. But in fact, some 500-600 people remain in Kharkiv Oblast and need help.

And now let's imagine that during a rocket attack, people with hearing impairment were in the epicenter. The probability that the translator will be in the same place is 0.01%. But there will definitely be ordinary Kharkiv residents nearby. And I would like one of them to say: "I understand you. I will help you" and save the deaf man's life.
