For some, the Ukrainian Carpathians are simply mountains that can be visited once or twice a year to see local delicacies, ride ski lifts in the summer, ski in the winter, and see bears in the Synevyr National Park. And for some, it is a real treasure trove of useful plants. Mountain teas are especially appreciated.

And we are familiar with one connoisseur of Carpathian tea culture - our FRIEND AND DONOR - Eugeny Pushenko. Through our clubmate Serhiy Sydorov, he handed over 2 BOXES OF CARPATIAN TEA to invigorate and warm people with currants, raspberries, thyme, blueberries, mountain ash, rose hips, etc. Because he understands how important it is for us to tone, strengthen, soothe, treat and simply KEEP IN CONSTANT COMMUNICATION with the people of Kharkiv at the front and rear.

Special operations forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Slobozhanshchyna, children who survived the occupation, their parents, volunteers of Rotary Khabu are ready to tonify the body with herbs. Just now, when there is a lack of vitamins and trace elements, we brew an "immunity booster": 1 teaspoon of tea mixture, 250 ml of boiling water, 2-3 teaspoons of natural sweetener (honey, jam, jam).
