Russia has a plan. And there is a point - to leave Ukrainians without electricity, light and heat.

Ukraine also has a plan. And there are 4,362 INVINCIBILITY POINTS (as of the evening of November 24, 2022).

What are these points and why are there so many of them? Points of Invincibility are islands of safety, stability, warmth and unity, which operate around the clock and are free of charge, providing for the simultaneous stay of 40 to 500 people in the event of a long-term emergency power outage.

All such facilities are provided with the main basic services: electricity, heat, water, mobile communication, Internet through "Starlinks", first medical aid, "mother and child" rooms.

According to various sources, 175 to 200 heating points are planned to be opened in Kharkiv. The authorities are calling on businesses to join in the opening of the "islands", and volunteers - in arranging them. Rotary HUB and the team of Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" in the topic. As part of the "Winter" project, which is financed by Rotary International, we GIVE 20 BLANKETS to Kharkiv "Points of Invincibility".

Another name of the project: "We will warm Ukraine in a difficult hour!". The blankets have a raincoat base that protects against moisture, the other side is made of fleece, and the inside is made of heat-insulating hypoallergenic syntapon. Our production operates thanks to funds raised from the Rotary Disaster Response Fund. Directly, the Rotary Club of Evergreen, Colorado and other Rotarians from District 5450 (Colorado, 58 clubs) acted as guarantors of the targeted use of funds.
