That is why, in case of the next power outage, "Points of Unbreakability" are being opened all over Ukraine - places where you can come to warm up, charge your phone and access the Internet. Whereas in my native Kharkiv, HEATING POINTS ARE OPENED ADDITIONALLY: there is no Starlink Internet, but there is heat, communication and you can charge your phone. Currently, such points are being actively arranged at metro stations.

Rotary HUB (Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level", Rotary club Kharkiv, Rotary Club Kharkov Mriya, Kharkiv Rotary Club "Kharkiv-City") actively participates in the deployment of "warm points" in the metro. We are able to provide blankets because we sew them ourselves and first aid kits because we received the necessary drugs from foreign donors. In other words: "We can do one more soap promotion."
