We know the Balaklia IDPs by name!
We know the Balaklia IDPs by name!
Last week, on the air of a national telethon, Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine Vitaly Muzychenko noted that DE-OCCUPIED DOES NOT MEAN SAFE. In particular, the Kharkiv region, namely Kupyansk, Izyum, Balaklia communities - RETURN here EARLY. There remains a mine danger here, constant shelling continues, because the enemy, having failed to achieve military objectives, takes revenge on civilians.
Therefore, the authorities of Kharkiv took care of the resettlement of people from the region. According to the Mayor Igor Terekhov, in each of the nine districts of the city, there are several hostels where people from Balaklia, Izyum, and Kupyansk live. These are mostly "especially vulnerable groups": the elderly, people with disabilities, people with chronic diseases.
And we, as charitable representatives of Kharkiv, take care of food for IDPs. The last duet is Rotary HUB + BO "BF "Ovid of Ukraine" GO "Horizont. Volunteers Olena, Oleksandr, Lyudmila and Karen handed over humanitarian aid to the families of displaced persons from Balaklia and the elderly. We had the honor to meet Vira Musiivna Bondar, who is 101 years old and who is looking forward to Urayna's victory!
Now food rations consist of: 5 kg of flour, 6 packages of spaghetti, 1 bottle of sunflower oil, 8 cans of meat and 1 can of canned beans. The formation of products takes place thanks to our cooperation with the UN World Food Program.
For each of us, Ukraine is our native home, and we take care of the balanced nutrition of immigrants in Kharkiv!
