The loan was returned!

And indeed, it was really hard not on February 24, 2022, and not in March. Because for the first 25-30 days of the war, the country lived up to its own reserves. There was plenty to buy in supermarkets, medicines were collected from warehouses to central pharmacies, and traffic jams were observed on some avenues. While Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" was preparing for survival.

It happened in April. Kharkiv was "covered" by the transport and humanitarian crisis. Their own people left, and strangers did not come because of the high risk of coming under enemy fire. Our team desperately needed a truck to transport humanitarian aid on its own. We were looking for a logistics wing. The car found us.

We received a van from Dmytro Gavrylenko - a good friend, a bright person and a successful businessman from Kremenchuk. Then Dmytro said: "Here are the keys, here are the documents, the bus is yours without any conditions. If only it all ended sooner!"

For 8+ months, auto delivered food to Kharkiv residents, volunteers of the Dobrobat battalion - building materials and equipment. We looked after and cared for the worker. The other day, with respect and gratitude, Volodymyr Pogodaev returned the four-wheeled assistant to the owner, awarded it with the club's thanks and handed over some products from the humanitarian Rotary HUB.

Thank you for your understanding and timely help KHARKOV, Dmitro!

P.S.: our HUB really needs such a bus for 24/7 use. Who can - help find a zero rent (repair, maintenance, gas station - ours) or buy.
