With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, the procedure for importing humanitarian aid into Ukraine, which existed in peacetime, was fundamentally changed. A number of stages and procedures were cancelled. But due to the proliferation of cases of humanitarian aid not being used for its intended purpose, the Verkhovna Rada adopted Law No. 7146, which requires VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES TO BE DECLARATIVELY CONDUCTED.

There are many nuances, but let's pay attention to one. Humanitarian CARGO should be MARKED by applying the stamp (seal) "Humanitarian aid. Sale prohibited" to the label, tag or directly on the outer or inner packaging of the product. If the recipients are several organizations, each box/pallet should be NUMBERED and placed on a sticker with the LOGO of the RECIPIENT.
