A border guard should not freeze! Defender of the Ukrainian land!

Unfortunately, it is not only winter that blows cold. For 9 months, the cold comes from Russia. The enemy terrorizes, kills, injures, destroys, kidnaps... And for 9 months, we STAND unyieldingly and with DIGNITY on all fronts: in hospitals, behind the wheel of transport, in factories and enterprises, in warehouses and, of course, in the trenches and on the border.

Rotary HUB takes care of those who serve on the street, in particular representatives of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. How? Oh, there are a lot of ideas, but you have to start somewhere. Now we are implementing the "Winter" project, which is financed by Rotary International - with funds from the Rotary Disaster Response Fund.

Another name of the project: "We will warm Ukraine in a difficult hour!" within the framework of which we sew blankets adapted to the conditions of war. The blankets have a raincoat base on one side, which protects against moisture, the other side is on fleece, and inside there is heat-insulating hypoallergenic syntapon. Directly, the Rotary Club of Evergreen, Colorado and other Rotarians from District 5450 (Colorado, 58 clubs) support our production.

But the blankets are "tested" not only by the military, but also by civilians. People use them as:
- covered at night
- mattresses/bedding in wet and damp rooms
- window/door curtains to avoid drafts
- capes in cold and windy weather

Neither warmth nor Russian evil has ever escaped from the Armed Forces of Ukraine! We wonder why?
