Kharkiv's "Whitney Houston" is on stage.

That's what Igor Kondratyuk told Albina Koval when she came to the casting of the singing show "X-Factor" in 2014. Then she received her 4 "yes" and passed the qualifying stage. And yesterday, this honored artist of pop art of Ukraine received 4 "yes" from four Rotary clubs: Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level", Rotary club Kharkiv, Rotary Club Kharkov Mriya, Kharkiv Rotary Club "Kharkiv-City").

In Kharkiv, Albina is known as the soloist of the gypsy collective "Black Pearls" and the director of the children's gypsy theater "Gitanes". And in Europe, in particular in neighboring Poland, she is an active participant in music festivals, folk song contests, as well as a melodious luminary at personal events (weddings, anniversaries, name days, etc.).

Perhaps someone mistakenly believes that war is not the time for songs. But, in fact, the songs led our Cossacks into battle, helped women cope with their emotions, and helped children and the elderly not go crazy.

And thanks to our volunteer Grygoriy Koryak, Mrs. Albina found time and gave a CONCERT of Ukrainian and Gypsy songs for the Rotary charity audience.

We thought, but we still couldn't decide what got us more energized - from the words and music or from the smile and look of this energetic and strong woman. But no matter what, there is only one wisdom: WHATEVER AT THE CONCERT, WHATEVER IN LIFE - DON'T LOWER YOUR HANDS, LIFT THE COUNTRY FROM YOUR KNEES!
