Sooner or later, EVERYTHING in Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" is GOING TO A NEW LEVEL. So, on the 260th day of the war, we claim that we have mastered the fundamental tools to protect what we have acquired and are ready to move forward to CRYSTALLIZATION OF VOLUNTEERING IN KHARKIV REGION.

Our plans coincided with the intentions of Yulia Lysenko, because we have known each other for more than a month. She is respected in the Rotary circle because she founded the volunteer movement "Everything for People" and established a mechanism for providing assistance, in particular to communal services.

Ago:
1) taking into account the desire to develop and strengthen mutual partnership to help residents of Kharkiv region;
2) striving for the development of an honest, transparent and stable volunteer movement;
3) guided by national interests, the desire to establish legality, realizing the need for joint actions aimed at creating trust and partnership relations;
4) with the aim of joining efforts to coordinate actions in increasing the efficiency of providing charitable assistance to socially vulnerable sections of the population, as well as to the military;
5) wishing to minimize the obstacles that arise during the transportation of humanitarian aid cargoes;
6) recognizing the need to contribute to the specified goals through the conclusion of mutual agreements on the combination of efforts during joint and coordinated activities,

Pavlo Filippenko and Yulia Lysenko ENTERED INTO A MEMORANDUM on mutual understanding and cooperation, certified the document with a signature and seal.
