Four-day intensive project management and team communication.

Which was held on October 27-30 in Truskavets. Our colleagues were here - Polina - the leader of the youth initiative group Rotaract club "Kharkiv Shpak" and Natalya, an honorary member of the Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" and a humanitarian expert of Rotary HUB.

The "Project Management and Team Communications" course was organized by the Ukrainian Educational Platform with the participation of director Maryana Kashchak. We considered such topics as:

✅ Planning and management in the project
✅ Team in times of turbulence
✅ Principles of active citizenship
✅ Communications with key stakeholders
✅ Basic communication through social networks
✅ Sharing project technologies of the Ukrainian educational platform

Projects are no longer a set of technical documentation and estimates (as it was before), but MEASURES that SAVE LIVES. It is also important to understand that this is not a situational set of measures, but the procedural implementation and implementation of the entire mechanism. According to the main speaker Maryana, "the basis of the mechanism is leadership and service. As a result, there are points of support throughout Ukraine, which become centers of cooperation and assistance on the ground." Heard the words and immediately thought of our Rotary Club.

During these 4 days, the girls received a lot of useful advice, which they turned into thorough theses: about understanding and fixing the mission and tasks, finding and working in a circle of like-minded people, constant training, small, medium, large cooperation, etc. Polina and Natalya are considering all this more than once in the Rotary charity circle - with everyone who is currently actively volunteering.
