The law of the ceiling is formulated as follows: the ability to lead is the ceiling, which determines the level of human efficiency.
- The lower the ability of an individual to lead people, the lower the ceiling of its potential.
- The higher the leadership skills, the greater the efficiency.

For example, if your leadership ability is rated 8 points, your effectiveness will never be more than 7 points. If your leader data is only 4 points, your effectiveness will not be higher than 3. Our Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" club managed to gather people with a high Leadership Index.

So we have the following results for March 22.

Logistics Department:
Not everything always works out and not all of the partners keep their word. This time, too, our truck was brought to Lviv by prior agreement. I stood all day without loading. The man with whom they agreed spreads his arms. When asked when to wait - spreads his arms. There is no understanding when this help will come. Not very nice. The car in Lviv is very expensive. It is good that our guys quickly agreed with three cities where they can ship the necessary products for Kharkiv.

Our teammate Serhiy Bobokalo did a tremendous job and found 15 tons of help in Ternopil! As they say, if it decreases from somewhere, it will definitely come somewhere ????
900 cans and 150 loaves of freshly baked bread were found in the Lviv region.

2 boxes of candies arrived, named parcels for our Yaroslav Fedorkov. We didn't wait, thank you!

New Mega project.
This is when good begins to defeat evil!
We all remember the horrific footage of the destruction of part of the building of the Kharkiv Institute of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine. At the same time, an explosive wave knocked out the windows on the ground floor. The building was broken and sad.

We were approached for help from the City Council, we thought, we called our friends and partners and the project to glaze this important object took place !!!
We received the material, our electric club president Pavlo Filippenko and our teammate Serhiy Sidorov agreed on it, co-organized 5 students. He handed the guys a tool, automated the process and the work was in full swing. 18 window openings were closed quickly and efficiently.

This is a victory! Victory for the racist. You will not be able to defeat us! Good always defeats evil.
The total cost of this project is over UAH 45,000.

What else should everyone learn about our Sergei Sidorov: he was entrusted with the keys to 3 apartments, and he waters the flowers! And he picked up abandoned snails and lizards. Now he has a farm at home))) You have a big heart friend!

Pure Water Pilot Project.
Three German clubs sent us 5,000 euros to help with our projects. These are the clubs RC Konstanz, RC Konstanz-Mainau and RC Konstanz-Rheintor. We invested half of the money in the purchase of food for our humanitarian hub, and the other half we decided together with Rothprian Oleksandr Chupilko and his club to conduct a pilot project on the purchase and installation of industrial filters to provide Kharkiv residents with drinking water.

We have already had a couple of applications, including from Konstantin Vynnychenko.
That's what he wrote.

"Glory to Ukraine! Hello Sergei, I am now addressing you with this question. In our area on the planned street, there is an acute problem with drinking water. Drinking water machines do not work. I have a friend, a proven person who offers to assemble a filter unit for drinking water, but needs equipment.everything else he will do and distribute to people who live nearby, connecting it to their own water supply system.I'm asking you, maybe it's possible to get somewhere components for such an installation to collect it? it must be something like reverse asthma or something like that "
In general, the process is running. As soon as we buy and install the equipment, we will write immediately. If all goes well, we want to write a grant and install 50+ such treatment plants and cover the need for clean water for 100,000 residents of our city.

There is an idea to help our valiant Ministry of Emergencies. They now perform a more important function every day, suffer losses in machinery and equipment and are not restored by anyone. Fire hoses, clothing, etc. We set ourselves one of the tasks, to find funding for these brave guys!
We are doing our best today! We are already planning the best tomorrow!
