Every day our Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" in full force gathers for a zoom meeting

From 19.15 to 20.15 we talk about the successes of the current day and plan the victories of the next day. For 18 meetings, we worked together and got used to it, we built a "machine". Today I can definitely say that I am very pleased with the result. Just Mega satisfied.
Below is a chronicle of the 1st day. We already have 20 such days, and most likely there will be 20.

Our exploits for March 17
Help arrived by the same train, but already from Chernivtsi. Our truck, which was supposed to go to Kharkov, was delayed to load up. At the request of our friends, Nadezhda Chukhrayeva and Aleksey Zhadan added cargo to a 10-ton truck.

Today we received a humanitarian cargo from the German Hel Bima Foundation, in cooperation with the Chernivtsi Volunteer Organization, the good with the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.

Kharkiv + Chernivtsi = Friends forever 
The truck from Denmark is getting closer. Today we reloaded in Lviv, we are waiting for a car that will bring the cargo to Kharkov.
Important: in things and bottled water in Kharkov, there is no need. Big, please do not collect and do not send. This takes up space in trucks and wagons, as well as time for unloading.

From Lviv charitable organizations, everything came to Kharkov. Where will we eat tomorrow?
Our logistics committee works beyond praise. The guys completely covered our needs for the transportation of humanitarian cargo. In the last week, they have already begun to actively help other Rotary clubs in Kharkov in this matter. Yaroslav Fedorkov, Yuri Doshchechkin, Artem Zakharov are logistics geniuses.
The truck is loaded with pasta and cereals in the xxx warehouse. Maxim Kirilenko Cryptofamily pays for this cargo, tomorrow we pick it up and take it out.

Our teammate @Artem Zakharov, on his own initiative, wrote to the house chat with a proposal to fold as much as possible to help our defenders. One of the neighbors gave 1000€ in cash. You live in the right house, friend!
+ 500€ a friend of the Zakharov family gave for shoes!
+ 500€ was donated to the account by Ukrainians living in America, right during the meeting!

We will allocate all this money to a new area of assistance to the army and the defense - tailoring berets (shoes). During the war, the feet should be warm and dry, then it will be more fun to beat the enemy.
Intra-club communication is getting stronger. We understand each other already mentally!!!

All the newly formed committees have built connections among themselves. Everyone knows what to do. Information is processed instantly. This allows you to make effective management decisions and perform a huge amount of work in 7 areas of activity.
32 tons of meat came. We handed out 16 tons in the city, the rest was sent to the region! To date, there are more than 130 volunteer teams in our register of partner volunteer teams! These are proven people who give the humanitarian aid received from us from hand to hand exactly to those who need it.

New acquaintances from Switzerland want to help with medicines. We wait! Our Rotarian, dentist and candidate of medical sciences Kseniia Spiridonova, together with the “chief of staff” Sergey Ivaglo, an expert in investment and finance, is establishing communications.

Women's was given to women. Now in the warehouse women's and children's hygiene is managed by the wife of our Rotarian Valentina Filippenko. HUB is an anthill, each has its own departments and its own responsibility.

Charter President of the club Gennady Ivanov is constantly in correspondence with a dozen different organizations that are looking for active and decent teams ready to help people. Gena writes letters, shows our photo and video reports, and answers dozens of questions. This is beneficial. More and more partners from abroad want to work with us.
The first stage of the project "In the dark year we will win Ukraine" is coming to an end. Together with our partner and friend Sergey Kotov, we have sewn 500 blankets and are successfully distributing them to people. Blankets are a hit

Now we are reporting to the Zaporozhye Charitable Foundation "Yednist for Future" for the money they allocated for this project. And there is a desire to continue. We are waiting for funding for the next batch. Negotiations from our club are conducted by Irina Ivanova

Despite the difficult circumstances, we maintain a fighting spirit and positive! Everything will be Ukraine!
