Progress Report March 12

Our mutual assistance and communication with the city light and other Rotary Clubs is growing.
- Humanitarian aid for the city arrived today, they helped to unload.
- a cargo arrived from Alexei Zhadan, part of the humanitarian aid was shipped to our warehouse. This is the help of our friends Rotarians from Lithuania and the Republic of Kazakhstan Kharkiv Multinational
- met and unloaded the train with humanitarian aid (Special thanks to Rotarian Tatyana Glushchenko from the Rotary Club "Kharkiv First Capital" and Konstantin from Kyiv, he is a doctor and began to systematically supply us with medicines)

And, of course, chicken! They took the truck, unloaded and distributed meat from TM "Nasha Ryaba". Think!!! One wagon of chicken is 15 tons. Today's price in the store is on average 100+ UAH. We are daily!!! We distribute humanitarian aid for more than 1.5 #MILLION UAH. This project is a joint brainchild of four clubs
- Dmitry Cherny and Oksana Tyupa RK Kyiv International, agreed with TM "Nasha Ryaba"
- Olya Zmievskaya, RK Kharkov Multinational became a communicator with us and a guarantor
- Alexander Chupylko helped organize a humanitarian HUB (a place and a team of people at loading and unloading operations)
- Our RK Kharkiv New Level took on a gigantic amount of work on the reception and target distribution for those in need and control
2. Created a PR department. Decided on the team and the initial advertising budget. We have something to say! We want to tell the Rotarians and their friends from all over the WORLD that Kharkiv is alive, it is fighting and the Rotarians of Kharkiv are in the forefront of active citizens of Ukraine, who by their deeds bring the victory of #Good over #Evil closer!

3. Our logistics center, these are people with steel ... nerves! And not only) today a truck was loaded in Chernivtsi and finished loading in Rakhiv. When it reaches Poltava, they will add more cargo. Thanks to this first function, we will stand the quality of communication on the road.
By rail, goods are constantly coming to us at the HUB.
An important point: everything that you send with humanitarian aid must be marked. Loads travel from different places, it's tedious to specify from whom to whom!
3. Cryptofamily, our regular donors, allocated UAH 116,000 for sewing thermal underwear. We bought a specialized and very scarce fabric for 350 sets and they are already in operation. We need to find about UAH 20,000 and pay extra for fabric and more money to pay for seamstresses. We definitely fall into the cost price that we initially set for ourselves 560-590 UAH for a complete set and special fabrics. If you want to help, send money marked "Thermal underwear"
4. From Irina Polinina we are waiting for several hundred sets of vests for our defenders.
5. On Monday, March 14, we plan to load cereals for our HUB and for partners. There is already money for this cargo. Rotarians of Germany gave us 5,000 euros, we received 70,000 UAH from Dmitry Patrakov, a representative of the #Unchain_Ukraine Charity Fund The task is to give people kits for kulesh, or porridge with meat. 1-2 kg of chicken + 1-2 kg of cereals, or pasta and the family can eat for 3-4 days.
6. From the first days of the war, we have a chat where daily video reports are posted about the cargo received and the assistance provided. The brilliant idea belongs to Sergei Sidorov! this chat helps us collect and show material to philanthropists, media people, and we just see for ourselves how much good we are doing and our morale of the team is getting stronger when you look at the fruits of your labors!
7. Our friends from the Republic of Kazakhstan Cherkasy gave the contact of a journalist who is interested in interesting news. We are the ones who can and want to talk about good deeds, deeds and people with big hearts. What can I say, we have a wedding in our team tomorrow!!! Think about it, wedding! Our doctors, who dismantle, pack and distribute drugs according to their prescriptions from morning to evening, get married!
