On February 25, 3 families of our Rotary club gathered in an apartment in __, called the whole club and decided to raise money, buy basic necessities, start helping those who need it.
On February 26, the first 75,000 hryvnias were collected on the card of charter President Ivanov. Pavlo Filippov provided his garage, where we began to transport reserves of food and medicine. The humanitarian hub of our Rotary club has begun to operate.

The total amount of borrowed funds is more than 2 million hryvnias.
The number of received and distributed humanitarian goods is more than 150 tons. The amount of funds raised by direct fundraising is more than UAH 630,000.
Organized:
- Humanitarian Hub Operational Management Committee;
- Committee on Internal and External Logistics;
- fundraising committee;
- Committee for Strategic Planning and Management of All Humanitarian Projects of the Club.
The work of the humanitarian hub is constantly involved 24/7:
- Three coordinators from our club;
- 2 medical volunteers;
- 3 people on sorting and packing of the arriving humanitarian aid;
- more than 40 volunteers who carry out cargo work;
- 2 cars;
- one machine per 1.5 tons;
- one 5-ton machine;
- one 20-ton truck.
Every day we perform the following tasks:
1. Organization of the place of reception, transshipment and distribution of humanitarian aid.
2. Creating a network of partner organizations and groups of local activists to provide targeted humanitarian assistance. Today there are more than 80 of them. We deliver humanitarian aid to every district of the city.
3. Organization of permanent fundraising to raise funds for the purchase of food and medicine.
4. Search for humanitarian aid.
5. Ensuring the delivery of humanitarian aid to Kharkiv to the Hub.
6. Accounting and control over the targeted use of humanitarian aid and money raised.
Hub's flagship project is the organization of a systematic supply of chicken meat. The result of the partnership of four Rotary Clubs of Ukraine:
- Rotary Club Kyiv International Oksana Tyupa, Dmytro Chorny agreed to supply free chicken meat to Kharkiv from MHP "Nasha Ryaba". 10-15 tons daily.
- Rotary Club Kharkiv Multinational Olga Zmiivska
- Rotary Club Kharkiv Oleksandr Chupilko, Józef Bronewski provided storage facilities and teams to work in the Hub on loading / unloading operations.
- Our Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" Pavlo Filippenko and 7 other members of the club carry out a reception in Kharkiv, sorting, creating a network of assistance points, coordinating organizations and groups of activists around the city and distributing food among them.

What do we need help with:
1. Payment for refrigerated trucks that bring frozen chicken meat from the Dnieper. Supply from MHP "Nasha Ryaba". 10-15 tons daily.
The amount of expenses is UAH 20,000 per day.
2. Purchase of ordinary cereals (barley, millet, etc.), pasta, flour, sugar. Weekly demand up to 10 tons.
The amount of costs - 120 000 - 150 000 UAH.
3. Payment for trucks for the delivery of humanitarian aid from partner Rotary Clubs of Ukraine (Izmail, Chernivtsi, Lviv). Intensity - 1 car in 3-4 days.
The amount of costs - 25 000 - 45 000 UAH for 1 trip (depending on mileage and danger of the route).
