Write, call, ring the bell: the chest in the HUB is one!

As on this page we share absolutely everything where the Kharkiv Rotary HUB appears one way or another, we also advertise this event.

But we do not want to submit technical profile material, which is unlikely to be understood by ordinary citizens. So let's draw a line of comparison.

You need to contact the person. If the first time did not "touch", then try again. If you fail again - look for other ways. Go to the left - you will find a banal way: mobile communication or SMS. Go to the right - you will find a modern way: Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger. Instagram Direct, Gmail.

Now imagine having to be ready to talk to 150,000+ people? These are approximate figures for the population of Kharkiv and the region at the moment.

So HUB Rotary (managed by Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level", Rotary club Kharkiv, Rotary club "Kharkov Mriya", Kharkov Rotary Club "Kharkov-City") does it for the 4th month. And we haven't counted volunteers, partners, donors, patrons ... In short, the total number of potential contacts can reach 200,000+.

It is good that everything can be automated!

Kseniia Spiridonova, a member of the club in Greece, has agreed on the introduction of the so-called CRM system (centralized hub, which stores all contact data, history of interactions / correspondence with everyone)!
