11th anniversary of the protection of the elderly!

Every 6th elderly person lacks communication from relatives, friends, neighbors or strangers. In the conditions of war, it is terrible to assume how many times this indicator has grown.

The Day for the Elderly was introduced at the plenary session of the United Nations General Assembly in 2011. The purpose of the holiday is to fight against injustice against the elderly.

Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" together with Samaritan's Purse and colleagues Patrol Chaplain  and Charitable Foundation "FOR PEACEFUL SKY" have established SYSTEMATIC delivery of food kits to grandparents in Kharkiv and the region.
