"YOU" means caring citizens of Kharkiv, members of the "Dobrobat" volunteer movement, which is engaged in the restoration and maintenance of infrastructure in cities affected by hostilities. In Kharkiv, the project is managed by our club president Pavlo Filipenko.

After another job, namely cleaning the basements of high-rise buildings, from Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level", its charter member Volodymyr Pogodaev handed over food kits to the participants of the action to restore their physical strength.
