Our Humanitarian HUB is like a submarine that dives to the maximum depth after everyone: "HELP, WE HAVE NOTHING TO EAT."

In 1 month, Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" and partners (Rotary Club Kharkov Mriya, Rotary club Kharkiv, Kharkiv Rotary Club "Kharkov City") managed to help about 21,000 people. And the calendar suggests that this has happened five times in a row, that is, 105,000 people have already received a food kit from the Kharkiv Rotary Kharkiv Center.

Thanks to the club member Ksenia Spiridonova, the respected Greek Stratos Vlasakidis, or rather the Greeks (https://www.facebook.com/groups/RotaryKalamaria), did not stand aside, screened our work and offered a decent optimization.

We are talking about the introduction of a CRM system - a centralized database that will store all contact data, the history of interactions/correspondence with those in need, potential partners, patrons, and donors.

The system is needed for:
- organization of stable, unified communication
- tracking and recording of humanitarian aid
- supporting the product distribution control procedure

The best Greek experts are just now working on the project! And we are so happy about this news that we want to publicly say how we are getting closer to improving our own process of providing charitable assistance!
