The American pen does not scare the MLRS!

The world knows that Kharkiv is bombarded according to schedule: bombs, rockets, "Hurricanes", cluster shells.

And how do they know? Who provides objective information? They call themselves military journalists.

Trudy Rubin, an American columnist on foreign affairs at the Philadelphia Inquirer and an honorary member of the editorial board of The Inquirer, came to Kharkiv. Her column appears regularly in many other US newspapers (such as The Journal Times).

Ms. Rubin has special knowledge of the situation in the Middle East, South Asia and Russia. Now her rhetoric is focused as much as possible on the war in Ukraine, in particular the situation in the affected regions. And Kharkiv is a front-line city hit by missiles.

For an American journalist, Mayor Ihor Terekhov led a tour of the mutilated streets, told how the heart of the hero city CONTINUES TO BEAT thanks to the work of utility workers, doctors, military personnel, policemen, transporters and volunteers. Because we are alive and we have a future! And we Kharkiv residents are each other's support and presentation at any time.

Today, there is no doubt that volunteering needs special attention. And the Rotary HUB is a VERY BIG CHARITY FAMILY (Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level", Rotary Club Kharkov Mriya, Rotary club Kharkiv, Kharkiv Rotary Club "Kharkov City"). So, at the end of the day, we had the honor of hosting Trudy Rubin under our roof and talking face to face about SUSTAINABLE CHARITY under fire.
