#Wintering_Together in the sports room?

Because bowling is a sport, and "Wintering Together" is a 10-week marathon for volunteers who must run through all the rooms prepared by the "ideological inspirers": emotional and psychological support, cooking, floristry, public speaking, financial literacy and team building.

Team building is literally translated as "team building". Of course, Rotary HUB acts as a single mechanism and there is an unreal contact of understanding between everyone. But it should be remembered that each volunteer is a representative of one or another "department". For example, the department of children's humanitarian or medical drugs, the department of coordination or packaging, etc. And everyone is engaged in the implementation of the projects of their department.

We became interested in whether volunteers would be able to "work together" with colleagues from other departments.

Bowling is an entertaining way of "mixing" people of the same organization without consequences. That is, try to unite with others and at the same time not reduce the achieved efficiency. We divided 18 Rotary volunteers into 3 mini-teams, but with one condition - no more than 2 representatives from one department in one group. They played for 2 hours and set goals, improved communication and strategic planning, relieved emotional tension, and believed in the success of their newly formed mini-team.

And they all succeeded, because as Stephen King said: "In bowling, as in life, if a person is passionate about something, the strikes will come by themselves."
