#Wintering_Together in the sports room?

"Wintering together" is a 10-week marathon for volunteers, who must run through all the rooms prepared by "ideological inspirations" (in particular, emotional and psychological support, floristry, financial literacy, sports). And while the volunteers did not reach the end, we quickly came to the conclusion that we lack "burning passion". That is why we thought of holding tournaments in the sports room.

We already had a championship in billiards, bowling, backgammon. And today - the darts tournament started. Experienced dart players are said to throw darts with the accuracy of snipers. We became interested in how many volunteers there are among us, who would fall into the bull's eye under any conditions. And our conditions, like the times, are as military as possible: a pyramid of humanitarian boxes, and a target on top.

We chose darts because the game develops great motor skills, movement qualities, eye sight and the most important biomechanical movement - a sense of space. We want every benefactor of Rotary HUB to "pump" these components in themselves and feel that they have entered the sector of doubling the volunteer effectiveness. And everyone agreed with that, there is no doubt.

But there is hesitation about the playing area. We also thought at first that we had chosen such a "place", because one day there and one day there, the boxes would go to people and there would be nowhere to attach the target. And then I suddenly remembered the words of an American speaker: "Who strives for perfection knows that it is a moving target."

We are convinced that if the need arises, Rotary volunteers will quickly arrange a new play area, because the most important thing is "what exactly", not "where exactly". But this is a plan just in case, and for now we are acting according to the "old scheme": when we distribute these boxes, we will receive new ones!
