#Wintering_Together in the dance room?

In winter, it is typical for people to "catch" a feeling of gloom and apathy - due to seasonal decline in strength, grayness outside the window and the New Year's "I can't do it anymore" mode. If you add "war" to this list of reasons, there is a risk of falling into depression. And if you are a volunteer at the same time, then you can burn out and never come back.

"Brrr, how creepy!" - we thought and went to catch the rhythm of the waltz for one, two, three, one, two, three...

Yesterday, Stanislav Kuprichenkov from the Kredo Studio - Ballroom Dance Studio in Kyiv and Kharkiv held the first lesson of the express course of ballroom choreography for the volunteers of the HUB.

For 90 minutes, pleasant changes took place in the bodies of Rotarians:
- the respiratory system developed, the general state of health increased
- musical ear developed
- the prevention of complexes has begun
- developed willpower, confidence, self-control
- continued improvement of posture and plasticity

Stanislav emphasized that ballroom dances include a European program (slow waltz, tango, Viennese waltz, foxtrot and quickstep) and a Latin American program (cha-cha-cha, samba, rumba, pasodoble, jive). But no matter how much we asked, he never admitted what exactly the volunteers would dance next time.

Be that as it may, we are ready to "get into" every existing dance. Thanks to the space allows - we decorated the space of the partners of the "Wintering Together" marathon - ME AND MY SCHOOL.
