Food rations for liberated regions!

They shout "de-occupied" about them, but keep silent that the villages border the line of fire, and the people remain a living wall. For example, Kupyansk - the front "embraces" the city from two sides: 17 km from the left side and 32 km - from the right.

Loneliness is a feeling that hangs in the air in these communities. Pensioners, disabled people, and large families continue to survive here. Most of them live in remote streets and do not go beyond their own yard due to the risk of being blown up by mines and enemy shells.

Currently, the main priority of providing humanitarian aid to Rotary HUB is the de-occupied territories. The residents of Kharkiv, with whom our volunteers communicate, are people who are learning to rejoice anew in the basic things that the Russian occupation deprived them of: life without white bandages on their sleeves, free expression of everything that comes to mind, cooking food from flour and sugar , and not from "flour and sugar".

We are not chasing the restoration of the pre-war ration. Our goal is to maintain a balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. All this is in the food ration from the UN. The aid is called the World Food Program for de-occupied and front-line regions. One box weighs 12.5 kg and consists of: 8 cans of canned meat, 1 bottle of oil, 1 can of canned beans, 6 packs of pasta, 5 kg bag of flour.
