We are on duty and have documented another friendship!

Pavlo Filippenko - the president of the Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" continues to build horizontal ties with the volunteers of the Kharkiv Region in order to respond powerfully to the challenges of war together. And yesterday, a memorandum was signed with representatives of the Charitable Fund "Common Cause Kharkiv".

Friends are convinced that the future is happening now, and each of us can act. They completely agree that in war one should hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. First of all, we are talking about the implementation of actions that would help people survive in the event of the disappearance of heat and electricity supply for more than 6 hours.

That's why ‼️the purpose of the JOINT MEMORANDUM outlined cooperation within the framework of the "Winter" project‼️ namely:

- joint participation in increasing the volume and quality of "warm" assistance to citizens (clothes, blankets, generators);
- systematization of the activity of accounting for the issuance of assistance to citizens;
- establishment of contractual relations with OTG to which system assistance is provided;
- conducting joint activities to find funds in Ukraine and abroad to provide "warm" assistance to Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region as a whole;
- development of an honest, transparent and stable volunteer movement in the city.
