When honest, then on time!

And again we are happy, because they fulfilled the request of modern doctors, namely the team of the 1st neurosurgical department of the KhMKLSHNMD named after Prof. O.I. Meshchaninova. Representatives of the medical front provide round-the-clock assistance to civilians and military personnel injured as a result of hostilities. Neurosurgeons lacked blankets to ensure comfortable conditions of inpatient treatment.

What did we do when we found out?

Accumulated strength and sewed 30 super blankets as part of their project #We_heat_Ukraine_in_a_crowd_hour. The goal is to prevent hypothermia of Kharkiv residents due to equipping unequipped and unsuitable houses with blankets for the change of season, as well as heating the AFU on the battlefield. The blankets have a raincoat base on one side that protects against moisture, the other side is on fleece, and inside there is a heat-insulating hypoallergenic syntapon.

Funds for the purchase of high-quality materials were received from Janet Beath - an artist from Canada. For over 20 years she has been painting in a realistic style on fleece, cotton and silk Paint With Janet. Janet has been supporting Ukraine since the first days of the war, and recently she held a charity exhibition-auction and transferred 1,250 Canadian dollars to the account of Rotary HUB!

The whole world should talk about the crime committed 10 months ago against the Ukrainian people. Messages should change depending on what is urgent in Ukraine now, what is needed. Things break, deteriorate, rub off. After all, the seasons change. And we are glad that neither the waters of the Atlantic Ocean nor the land of the Northern Continent can stop the charitable movement!
