The packaging department takes care of convenient packaging!

Bulk products that our Rotary HUB receives in 5-10 kg bags. We are talking about cereals, pasta, flour, sugar, flakes, which must be packaged in bags before giving out.

But this is done not only for convenience. Our humanitarian center bears maximum responsibility for each food kit issued to Kharkiv residents. Therefore, as a respectable, serious organization, a five-stage product quality control system has been implemented within the walls of our headquarters.

Stage 1: incoming product control is a check of the integrity of the factory packaging, an examination of the appearance and quality of palletizing. This check is carried out before the machines are unloaded;
Stage 2: unloading of products to the warehouse, where they are stored in pallets. Products are placed according to the principle of zoning, all sanitary and fire regulations are observed;
Stage 3: control and maintenance of the required temperature and air humidity in the room;
Stage 4: checking the expiration dates of products during packaging;
Stage 5: control check during the assembly of the product set.

According to our observations, rotary packers are able to form up to 1000 packages in 1 day. And direct inclusion from the scene is the 4th stage.

The girls from Rotary Satellite Club Kharkiv "New Level Universe" and other partner volunteers have "caught the rhythm" and pour pasta into 500 g bags all day long. Time is short, but strength is plenty! Thank you everyone for your service!
