̶ ̶L̶i̶k̶e̶ ̶a̶ ̶f̶i̶s̶h̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶w̶a̶t̶e̶r̶ - like several in a tomato!

We hope you don't mind that we rewrote the regular expression a bit. After all, the meaning has not changed from this, but it is more accurate to describe a new charity event than to say it as it is - not to invent!

MUTUAL AID HAPPENED between our HUB (Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level", Rotary Club Kharkov Mriya, Rotary club Kharkiv, Kharkiv Rotary Club "Kharkiv-City") and the partner - the charity organization Community of Carers "ACTION". Volunteers gave us 2,000 cans with a few in a tomato.

In addition to the fact that this product is easy to store (up to 24 months on the shelf), it is also a source of advantages:

- a source of protein (easier to absorb than protein of animal origin);
- dietary product (practically does not contain carbohydrates and heavy fats);
- a source of polyunsaturated fatty acids (protects against problems of the gastrointestinal tract, fights against "bad" cholesterol, regulates metabolic processes);
- a source of phosphorus and calcium (thanks to the heat treatment of bones, tails and fish scales, which are the richest in calcium and phosphorus, they are completely edible);
- the composition includes vitamins A, D, E, B1 and B2, which are important for human health;
- tomato paste increases the benefits of the product. Tomatoes contain lycopene, an antioxidant that protects the immune system.

Therefore, we are SINCERELY THANKFUL to the volunteers from the Community of Carers "ACTION", as well as to those who contributed to a good cause: Nova Ukraine, Violetta Genova @violettags and @admix.
