I want to travel like before.

The 6th month of the full-scale war in Ukraine has begun. Everyone, even staunch skeptics, has already become convinced that "one should be careful with wishes: everything can come true, but under different circumstances."

This story is about the fate of Olga Starikova, a volunteer of the Kharkiv Rotary HUB (Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level", Rotary Club Kharkov Mriya, Rotary club Kharkiv, Kharkiv Rotary Club "Kharkov City").

2014 year. Luhansk. In the lexicon of Olya and her family of travel lovers, the word "war" appears for the first time. The context is forced to change. Suddenly "travel" turns into "moving". Others acquire a new meaning: "station", "suitcases", "unfamiliar city", etc.

2022 year. Kharkiv. On a February morning, the same dictionary hits the forehead and opens on pages that are painful for Oly's family. But NOW SHE is wiser, STRONGER, more knowledgeable to use the same words for the second time. At least because he has a cool job here, he sews children's carnival costumes, which he rents out together with his colleague Svetlana.

And March drags on like a train that arrives and arrives, but will never arrive at the station. However, in Oli's family, everything is decided: no one pushes, expels, or abandons anyone. If moving, if to an unfamiliar city, then only together and in the context of a journey.

And then Volodymyr Pogodayev, a charter member of the Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" appears in her life with an offer to leave the place, but in a charitable direction.

Thus, from March 29, 2022, Olya takes over the position of a volunteer of the HUB and begins to give order to the children's humanitarian: diapers, mixtures, mashed potatoes, and other types of complementary foods. And now, for 4 months in a row, we have harmony and order, because it is good for the conscience: he reads all instructions, monitors current information from manufacturers, watches deadlines, etc.

Olya, your constant help is an incomparable act for HUB and the children of Kharkiv!

And we, together with you, believe that very soon we will again be able to move freely as families not only in Ukraine, but also in the world!
