Girls, attention, you are on the online!

As in the old famous cartoon: "Our mother is shown here and there." And our Iryna Minkovska, in addition to the Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level", was shown on the German online informational channel Telekanal OstWest.

Iryna, as the founder of the First Education Center in Ukraine, I AND MY SCHOOL, was invited as an expert on the online program with her friend and colleague, translator from German - Elizaveta Abrosimova.

The topic of the conversation: "The first of September for a Ukrainian schoolboy - where is the best place to get an education during the war?". Women, based on their own maternal experience, assessed the level of preparation for the educational process in Germany and Ukraine (outside of active hostilities).

But our Iryna commented on the situation not only as a mother. It was interesting to listen to her point of view as a specialist who is engaged in improving the qualifications of Ukrainian teachers and knows well the "educational secrets". Let's quote:

"For us, the war should become a window of opportunity. If so many of our compatriots are abroad, then let's use it. Europeans would never cooperate so closely if they were not forced. So let's give them tools. I really want the Ministry of Education of Ukraine took the initiative and offered to open Ukrainian schools there - children will be able to study according to the program they are used to, and teachers will be able to work like at home."

"In the EU, they want Ukrainian children to study according to the European program. I ask foreign officials: "How can they study, if they do not know either Portuguese or French?". To which they answer: "Europe will develop a mechanism." But while we wait, each mother must come up with a mechanism for her child: through tutors, through additional hours for self-education, etc.
