10th March, the report of good deeds of our team Rotary Club “New Level”

Throughout 12 days more than 80 tons of chicken meat have been sent by MHP brand “Nasha Ryaba” as humanitarian help.

We are grateful to our partners from Rotary Club Kyiv International, Dmytriy Chorniy and Oksana Tupa, as well as Rotary Club Kharkiv Multinational and Olga Zmievska who organized the transfer to Kharkiv.

Our friends Pavlo Philippenko, Sergiy Sidorov and Volodymyr Pogodaev, thank you so much! You‘ve established an extremely important process.

We are successfully cooperating with the city government. Humanitarian cargoes sent to the city are partially unloaded in our HUB. Such trust means a lot to us. Today we are feeding almost 30 municipal organizations and more than 40 volunteer groups, which means help for tens thousands of people.

Due to the fact that we have meat we are able to exchange it for other products and distribute prepared sets for cooking kulesh* or borsch* among people in need. Today we have also frozen some zucchini, fruit, greens and pasta. Certain people with huge hearts provided us with some cheese.

• Danish volunteers have gathered 11 pallets of humanitarian cargoes and have no idea what to do with them further. How to transfer them to Kharkiv. President of our club Sergiy Ivaglo keeps in contact with them. We already have some experience in logistics for such help. We know that everything will work out eventually.
• Big victory for our club: we have found a fearless driver Olexiy , who decided to help us on his 20-tons truck. First personal truck has already moved to Chernivtzi! Our partners from Rotary Club Chernivtzi have gathered humanitarian help and are ready to load us with canned meat, medications and baby formula. The club is presented by the project leader and Rotarian Kostyantin who helps us with receipt and delivery. 
• The godparents of our club, Rotary Club Izmail have sent the first 10 000 hryvnias! Thank you so much, dear friends! A huge stock has been shown to us from Romania, from which we are going to receive trucks with humanitarian help for Kharkiv.

• We’ve gathered more than 1,5 million hryvnias with all our projects.
• One more victory! A bus organized by Sergiy Sidorov has attended Uzhgorod on 10th March and is going to Lviv tomorrow. The bus is being loaded with humanitarian help and is already hurrying to Kharkiv!Warmest thanks to Igor Savchykevych and Lviv Rotary Clubs.
• Finally the first 200€ from German Rotary Clubs have entered Kharkiv Rotary Clubs’ accounts. Successful negotiations have been conducted with German Rotarians by Olexander Chupilko and Uzef Bronevskiy. It was a try-out in order to check the system’s functioning. Everything is well. Now the help can be sent systematically.

Money will be transferred to finance sewing blankets and purchasing average food (grains, canned food).

Some more perfect news

• We’ve received information that one of the stocks near Kharkiv has 5 tons of grains. It has to be transferred to our humanitarian HUB. We are working on this problem since grains are in deficit now.
• Thanks to Kirilenko Maxim and his Cryptohomeland who transfer huge sums of money regularly, we’ve purchased 1,5 tons of grains and canned food at the cost of 80 000 hryvnas. It’s already in stock today. On 10th March our HUB was visited by a well-respected Rotarian. Inspired by the scale of help distributed inside the city he provided his own cars as means of help and is ready to start working! If you read it please know that what you’ve done is infinitely valuable! 
• In Poltava socks with the “Russian ship go f…k yourself” slogan have been sewn. It’s crazy awesome!!! Those can be purchased as souvenirs! Creativity to the masses) We’ll make a separate post on the topic since it’s definitely worth it.
• Thermal underwear. Our partner and club’s friend, whose department is sewing blankets, is going to take thermal underwear into production as well. Once again Cryptohomeland donated 116 000 hryvnias . But there is also a deficit in special fabric. The leftovers have been found on one stock, today we are buying it and preparing ourselves for crafting.
• We are expecting military vests for our soldiers from Irina Polynina at the price of 34 000 hryvnias. Let’s warm our protectors!
